Rosa’s Deli LLC Disclaimer

Here at Rosa’s Deli, we try to accommodate everyone and to make things less complicated for both sides. As many of you know, sometimes things don’t go very smoothly, unfortunately we had to come up with some guidelines to help out. It’s not in our intentions to make things confusing or to be difficult, but there are many, that make it at times, very hard on us. The following is just a guideline and/or information that will just give you an idea and to educate you to help us along to make your order easier.  If there are any questions, please don’t hesitate to talk to us about them.

For our Lunch and Dinner Clients

We kindly ask that you tell us word-for-word what you would like on your order, this way you will get exactly what you want.

If there is a mistake in your order, give us a quick call back with-in an hour and we will correct the mistake. When you come back to pick-up the correct item, please bring back the wrong item. We can not do anything for you if you wait after a day or week later to tell us

If there is an item missing, but was not ordered, we will make it for you. Check your orders prior to leaving, sometimes we are extremely busy and may forget to get any hot items and place them in your bag.

On occasions, clients do take other clients items because they are in a rush, if this happens please be patient while we remake your order.

Mishandling of bags or boxes will lead to breakage and loss of product. Please carry your items with care. We will not take responsibility for loss or breakage items once you have left Rosa

We do not give any refunds for any reason. Will will only give  store credit one time only.

                                                                     Catering

Please place your catering order plenty of time before you want it. Usually 2-3 days is great.

We accept all forms of payment. There will be a $25 fee for bounced checks.

Each tray accommodates that number of people. We will try to our best to make sure that you have enough to feed everyone. Rule of thumb: Some people eat more than others, while some barely eat at all.
